At Nutrition Lab, we are dedicated to providing reliable and efficient delivery of your orders. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your items.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship exclusively within Greece. Orders placed for delivery outside of Greece will not be processed at this time.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders (within Greece): Estimated delivery is within 2-5 business days after your order is shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.


4. Shipping Costs

  • For orders under €39, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package.
  • Free Shipping: Orders exceeding €39 qualify for free shipping within Greece.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This number allows you to monitor your package’s progress through the shipping carrier’s website.


6. Shipping Issues

6.1 Delayed or Lost Packages
While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us at info@nutrition-lab.gr, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6.2 Incorrect Address
Ensure that you provide accurate shipping information during checkout. Nutrition Lab is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us at info@nutrition-lab.gr within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Photos of the damaged packaging or items.
  3. Details of the missing products.

We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement. After this time frame, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
